Typeform Template Gallery

overview:

Typeform helps you collect more data with forms, surveys, and quizzes designed to be appealing, and put that data to good use so you know your next move faster. It customizes everything from colors and logos all the way down to custom domains, so your forms are on-brand (and looking good)

Role: UX-UI, Prototype and Brand

Scope: Concept Development →  Research →  Design → Testing → Live

Workflow:
Bencharmark - Restructure - Design - Build

Platform:
 Website - Desktop and mobile

→ Problem Statement
60% of our traffic lands into Typeform.com/templates and find it difficult to navigate to their templates. The gallery was organised around what Typeform calls things (forms, surveys, quizzes) rather than what people are trying to do. That made it harder to find the right template, and the offering harder to understand at a glance. The goal was to improve usability, lift key engagement metrics, and communicate the product more clearly.

→ opportunity

Improve sign up rate by organising the gallery by user intent instead of product type, so people get to a relevant template faster. Make every surface (hero, collections, template pages) flexible enough to adapt to new use cases and seasonal moments without a redesign. Support it with a system that lets the team scale template presentation consistently.
